Telebrands Pakistan strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    1.1. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
    a) You must initiate the refund request within 2 days from the date when you will receive product.
    b) The product for which you are seeking a refund must be in its original condition / untampered.
    d) Any personalized or customized items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
    1.2. Some products or services may have additional eligibility criteria or specific refund terms mentioned on their respective product pages. Please refer to those specific terms for further information.
  2. Refund Process:
    2.1. To initiate refund claim customer must inform our customer care department or at cell #  0321.4115583 within 48 hours, otherwise your complaint will not be entertained.
    2.2. Our customer support team will guide you through the refund process and may ask for additional information or evidence, such as order details, proof of purchase, photographs, or any other relevant information to assess your refund request.
    2.3. Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product (if applicable).
    2.4. Customers will be refunded in a given bank account/easypaisa/jazzcash. We do not offer cash refunds.
    2.5. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take 1-2 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  3. Non-Refundable Items or Services:
    3.1. The following items or services are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise specified:
    a) Gift cards, vouchers, or store credits.
    b) Downloadable software, digital products, or virtual items that have been redeemed, activated, or accessed.
    c) Services that have already been provided or consumed.
    d) Products or services purchased during special sales, clearance, or discounted periods, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
  4. Shipping and Return Costs:
    4.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned product.
  5. Cancellation of Orders:
    5.1. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order is shipped, the refund process will follow the guidelines mentioned in this refund policy.
  6. Changes to the Refund Policy:
    6.1. We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
    6.2. It is your responsibility to review this refund policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our website and services after any modifications to the refund policy will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
